智利Central餐厅在2023年THE WORLD'S 50 BEST RESTAURANTS 2023榜单中位列NO.1

Central in Lima, Peru is named The World's Best Restaurant 2023, sponsored by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, as well as The Best Restaurant in South America, at the awards ceremony for The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 held in Valencia, Spain, this evening.

主厨Virgilio Martinez和Pía León的利马旗舰餐厅Central荣登榜首，接替了2022年的冠军、哥本哈根的Geranium，后者已晋升Best of the Best名人堂。 

Central是2022年榜单的亚军，这家餐厅赞颂了秘鲁，在其研究部门Mater Iniciativa指导下，其菜单彰显了秘鲁本土食材的独特生物多样性及其传统和历史，同时倡导了可持续性。紧随Central之后的是巴塞罗那的Disfrutar（No.2）和马德里的Diverxo（No.3）。
